Grandma's Quilt

This is Grandma's Quilt I found this panel at Hobby Lobby.Then i added 4 boarders to it

I don't have the backing on yet, I found a pale yellow back ground with tan and yellow roses.

I trimmed this one with pink check and backed it with the same print

So I took all scraps , sewed them ,this is what I came up with

Jeff's Quilt top is done

Jeff is a BIG band guy. He plays in one band then helps out with another band.

After going looking in the stash I found 4 music fabric. I know his favorite colors is blue.

Then a trip into Walmart I found some more music fabric.

I made this with 6.5 squares, 4.5 squares, 2.5 squares and strips to make 6.5

Yesterday i was able to get Grandsma's Quilt sandwitched basted it so it wont be long till its done.

I need to find the stack i have my Brother in laws music note fabric in. I need to cut more squares He loves the color blue so Im using blue's soild as trims around the blocks.

Then i worked on Sister in law Quilt too.
